8:00 – 9:00 am Registration & Breakfast
9:00 am – 3:30 pm Program (Lunch is included)
3:30 – 5:30 pm Trade Show & Happy Hour

A block of rooms at the Resort is available for those wanting to stay overnight in Saugerties.

What is the Room Block Room Rate at Diamond Mills?
The room rate is $149 per night. This rate is available for Tuesday, April 8th and Wednesday, April 9th.
How do I book a Room Block Room at Diamond Mills?
On the registration form, there is a spot to indicate hotel needs. Once we have that we will be contacting those staying with instructions for paying for their room.
Is there room co-op for Diamond dealers?
Diamond Contractors are eligible for 1 room, 1 night paid by N&S Supply and Mitsubishi. The individuals staying in the room are responsible for putting a credit card on file with the resort at check in. Any additional nights or incidentals incurred during their stay are the responsibility of the indivual.
I have a dietary restriction, who do I contact?
There is a spot on the ticket form to put in your information. Or you can email Hana Sullenger at hsullenger@capitoldistrictsupply.com directly with any dietary needs to ensure Diamond Mills accommodates this.
What is the deadline to book with the Room Block at Diamond Mills?
The room block is through March 25th. There are a limited number of rooms at Diamond Mills available and they are first come first serve. So don’t delay if you know you intend to stay a night!
Discount at the Spa!
The Diamond Mills has generaously offered a 15% discount for services at the Diamond Mill Spa April 8 & 10th. Contact Hana Sullenger at hsullenger@capitoldistrictsupply.com for more information on the discount.
